Glavni cilj projekta B Light 2 – Fostering Cross-Border Business Cooperation of SMEs je jačanje konkurentnosti malih i srednjih poduzeća u pograničnom području Hrvatske i Mađarske kroz poticanje prekogranične poslovne suradnje, inovacija te zajednički razvoj proizvoda i usluga. Projekt odgovara na ključne izazove MSP-ova u pograničnim regijama, poput ograničenog pristupa financiranju, nedovoljne inovacijske sposobnosti i slabe međunarodne tržišne povezanosti, omogućujući im učinkovitije uključivanje u prekogranične lance vrijednosti.

Glavni rezultati projekta uključuju:

• provedbu prekograničnih „Light“ projekata u kojima sudjeluju hrvatska i mađarska mala i srednja poduzeća
• dodijeljenu bespovratnu financijsku potporu MSP-ovima za razvoj inovativnih proizvoda, usluga i poslovnih procesa
• jačanje inovacijskih, razvojnih i upravljačkih kapaciteta uključenih poduzeća
• uspostavu i jačanje dugoročnih poslovnih partnerstava između MSP-ova s obje strane granice
• doprinos održivom gospodarskom razvoju i povećanju konkurentnosti pograničnog područja Hrvatske i Mađarske

The main aim of the project B Light 2 – Fostering Cross-Border Business Cooperation of SMEs is to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Hungary–Croatia border area by promoting cross-border business cooperation, innovation, and the joint development of products and services. The project addresses key challenges faced by SMEs in border regions, such as limited access to financing, insufficient innovation capacities, and weak international market integration, enabling them to participate more effectively in cross-border value chains.

Key Project Results Include:

• implementation of cross-border “Light” projects involving Croatian and Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises
• allocation of non-repayable financial support to SMEs for the development of innovative products, services, and business processes
• strengthening of innovation, development, and management capacities of the participating enterprises
• establishment and reinforcement of long-term business partnerships between SMEs on both sides of the border
• contribution to sustainable economic development and increased competitiveness of the Hungary–Croatia border region
